Whether leading younger cadets, supporting school events, designing software projects or working around aircraft, I always aim to approach every opportunity with professionalism, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
I have spent over two years with 295 Squadron Air Cadets, progressing to the rank of Sergeant. This role has allowed me to lead younger cadets, maintain discipline, organise activities and develop confidence in leadership, communication and teamwork. I am currently working towards my Methods of Instruction qualification to further develop my teaching and presentation skills.
As one of the school's Lead Learners, I work alongside staff to organise school events, support open evenings, fundraising initiatives and community outreach while representing students across the school.
The Master Cadet award is one of the highest achievements within the Air Cadet programme. Achieving this demonstrates commitment, discipline and a strong understanding of leadership, aviation knowledge and cadet service. It shows my ability to set goals, work consistently and challenge myself to achieve a high standard.

I designed and developed an interactive website to encourage reading throughout the school. The platform allows students to review books, recommend titles, check library availability and earn rewards for participating. Assisted with aircraft cleaning, refuelling and maintenance while learning about aviation safety procedures and the day-to-day operation of a working airfield.
